  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere
  4. Heat about ¼ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes on a wire rack over a baking sheet
  5. Top each cooked chicken breast with a slice of smoked turkey and Swiss cheese. Return to the oven or cover the skillet until cheese melts
