  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
  2. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken drumsticks, rubbing into skin for even coverage.
  3. Whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke (if using) in another bowl to create the glaze.
  4. Arrange seasoned drumsticks on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes, then brush generously with BBQ glaze and bake another 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush with remaining glaze and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
